Simply send your item to us after purchasing this service and our jewellers will replate (if plated) , add or refresh your text fill if personalised and replace your chain for a shiny new one (should you choose this option). If you have any comments please add them into the comments field.

This is a maintenance service to keep your existing Posh Totty Designs jewellery looking perfect. You will usually receive your item back after 4 weeks

We will contact you when we have received your item.
